These Terms of Service govern your use of Vrimbo. By using the app you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Vrimbo is an advertising rewards platform that lets you earn USDC (USD Coin) by watching real advertisements through to completion. You receive a share of the ad revenue paid by our advertising partners. Vrimbo operates as an advertising rewards programme, not as a financial institution, payment service provider, or money transmitter.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vrimbo. By accepting these terms you confirm you meet this requirement. Vrimbo is available in most countries worldwide. Access may be restricted in certain territories due to legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. If access is unavailable in your region, these terms do not create any obligation on Vrimbo to provide service there.
Every verified ad view earns you a fixed share of the ad's value, paid in USDC. A daily cap of 50 credited views applies per device. The minimum withdrawal is $1.00 USDC. Vrimbo does not guarantee any specific income level. Ad availability and rates vary. Rewards are not wages, salary, or guaranteed income of any kind.
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations that apply to USDC rewards you receive in your country of residence. In many jurisdictions cryptocurrency rewards constitute taxable income. Vrimbo does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on your behalf. Consult a qualified tax advisor if you are unsure of your obligations.
You agree to watch ads yourself, genuinely, without automation. Using bots, scripts, emulators, virtual machines, VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, Tor exit nodes, or any other method to simulate or automate views is strictly prohibited. Where a violation is detected, Vrimbo will suspend or terminate the account. For significant accumulated balances, Vrimbo will provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond before final termination. Forfeiture of pending balances applies only where fraud is clearly established. We verify each view through device fingerprinting, watch-time analysis, and periodic human verification challenges.
Accounts are identified by your device fingerprint, a technical identifier generated from your device's hardware and software characteristics. There is no username or password. You are responsible for keeping your USDC wallet address accurate. Vrimbo is not liable for payouts sent to an incorrect address you provided. You may only operate one account per device.
Payouts are made in USDC (USD Coin) on the Solana network. While USDC is designed to maintain a 1:1 peg with the US dollar, Vrimbo makes no guarantee regarding its value. Vrimbo is not responsible for depegging events, network outages, blockchain delays, wallet errors, exchange losses, or any other cryptocurrency-related conditions beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vrimbo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount of USDC credited to your account in the three months preceding the claim. Vrimbo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Vrimbo does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that ad inventory will always be available.
All ad content shown within Vrimbo remains the property of the respective advertisers. Vrimbo grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
We may update these terms at any time. For significant changes we will provide at least 14 days' notice within the app before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept revised terms you must stop using the service. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Vrimbo Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17261358). For users in the European Union or EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply and are not excluded by this clause. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vrimbo regarding the service. Vrimbo is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to internet outages, blockchain network failures, or regulatory actions.
