Your privacy is built into how Vrimbo works. We collect the minimum needed to run the service and never sell your data.
No name. No email. No phone number. No ID. Your device is your account. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Vrimbo Limited is the data controller responsible for your information. Company number: 17261358, incorporated in England and Wales on 4 June 2026. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Contact: vrimboltd@gmail.com. Vrimbo Limited is registering with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as required under the Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
We collect: (a) your device fingerprint, a hashed technical identifier derived from your device's hardware and software signals, used to manage your account; (b) your USDC wallet address, when you choose to provide it; (c) ad viewing history and watch-time data to calculate earnings and detect fraud; (d) basic technical session data for security and anti-abuse purposes. We use browser localStorage (local device storage) to maintain your session and store your device identifier between app launches. This is strictly necessary for the service to function. We do not use cookies or track you across other websites or apps.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, home address, government-issued ID, biometric data, or precise location. We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites or apps.
If you are in the United Kingdom, we process your data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) as incorporated by the Data Protection Act 2018. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Legal bases: (a) Performance of contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR / GDPR): your device fingerprint and viewing data are necessary to provide your account and calculate your earnings. (b) Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): session and security data to detect fraud, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of the platform. We have balanced these interests against your rights and concluded they are proportionate and necessary.
Your device fingerprint manages your account and prevents duplicate accounts. Your wallet address is used solely to process USDC payouts. Viewing and watch-time data calculates your earnings, enforces daily caps, and identifies fraudulent activity. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond operating Vrimbo.
Vrimbo uses automated systems to detect fraudulent activity, including analysis of viewing patterns and device signals. These systems may result in account suspension or termination without prior human review. This constitutes automated decision-making with significant effects as described under GDPR Article 22. You have the right to request human review of any automated decision that affects your account by contacting vrimboltd@gmail.com.
We do not sell your data. Ad partners receive only aggregated, fully anonymised performance metrics (total views, completion rates). No individual user data is ever shared with advertisers. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the platform, under strict confidentiality obligations.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active plus up to 12 months thereafter for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes. Financial transaction records (withdrawals) may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time. See Your Rights below.
Depending on your location you have some or all of the following rights: Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you. Rectification: correct inaccurate data. Erasure: request deletion of your data. Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format. Restriction: ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved. Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests. Human review: request human review of automated decisions. California residents additionally have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). To exercise any right, contact vrimboltd@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the United Kingdom: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. Vrimbo Limited is registering as a data controller with the ICO as required by law. In the EU/EEA: your national data protection authority (a full list is available at edpb.europa.eu). We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve your concern directly first. Contact vrimboltd@gmail.com.
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, hashed storage of device fingerprints, and strict access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We will notify you of material changes to this policy within the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
